Retired Sgt. Tomas Fajardo, who served during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, was honored by Soldiers who competed in the 2013 Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, Best Warrior Competition during their awards ceremony at Fort Sam Houston Theatre and the barbecue that followed at The Quadrangle.
