The U.S. Army-led Joint Light Tactical Vehicle program is beginning a 33-month Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase to test and prepare the next-generation vehicles for a Limited User Test, Capabilities Production Document and Milestone C procurement decision in fiscal year 2015, service officials said.
