With Tropical Storm Isaac bearing down on the Gulf Coast, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recently increasing its estimate of named storms and hurricanes for 2012, military families near the Gulf Coast or the Eastern Seaboard should assess how vulnerable they are, and review their emergency plans to ensure they weather the season safely.
