The British Army's largest land-air military exercise has recently taken place in the Czech Republic where Forward Air Controllers have been preparing to coordinate aircraft flying over Afghanistan at 1,000mph (1,600km/h) in an airspace littered with 45kg rounds being fired from the ground.
