As part of the 200th anniversary celebration of the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps, a range training complex at Fort Lee, Va., was dedicated May 16, 2012, in honor of Lt. Col. Harry M. "Bulldog" Downer, who gave more than 40 years of service to the nation.
