A six-member Libya National Economic Development Board toured Fort Hood, Texas, Jan. 25, 2012, to learn more about rehabilitating Soldiers after a war, the set-up of the Army and Warrior Transition Brigades and the role civilian organizations play in aiding Soldiers leaving the service.
