International Security Assistance Force Joint Command said the coalition will not be deterred by recent attacks in Afghanistan including the Sept. 13 assaults on the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, and the truck bomb that exploded Sept. 10 near a combat outpost in Wardak province.
