The U.S. Army and Stewart-Haas Racing are planning a special paint scheme for Ryan Newman's No. 39 U.S. Army Chevrolet which gives veterans the opportunity to put their faces on the Soldiers' car running in the Kobalt Tools 500 Sprint Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway on Nov. 14.
