Garrhett Adkins' father, Sgt. 1st Class Charles Adkins, died in in Afghanistan April 16, 2011. Staff Sgt. Jason Axelson is now fixing up the jeep that Charles bought to turn the rusty reminder of what could have been into a celebration of Charles' life.
