Forty teams from around the world converged June 3-6, 2011, on Oakland University's campus in Rochester, Mich., for the 19th Annual Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition, hosted by the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command's tank and automotive center and the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International.
