Like many Soldiers, 1st Lt. Jon Morgan said he struggled adapting to the slower pace home life offered after a deployment. Morale Welfare and Recreation created the Warrior Adventure Quest program, which introduces recently redeployed Soldiers to high-adrenaline activities like whitewater rafting, paintball and challenge and high ropes courses, to help them transition back to garrison and family life.
