Army leadership is defined as the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improve the organization. To that end, the Soldiers of the New York Army National Guard's 369th Sustainment Brigade, 1st Sustainment Command (Theater), have been conducting professional development training while deployed to Kuwait.
