The Army has tons of data and analytics which can potentially be used for a wide range of things - from the evaluation of new weapons systems to increasing the resiliency and well-being of the force, said Gary Wang, deputy chief information officer, Army G-6. Data and analytics from social media can even be used to save lives and potentially prevent suicides, he added.
