Officials at Fort Hood, Texas, reported that at approximately 4 p.m. (CDT), April 2, 2014, a Soldier assigned to the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), fired shots at individuals in the 1st Medical Brigade area of Fort Hood, killing three Soldiers and injuring 16 others, before apparently killing himself.
