Massachusetts Gov. Deval L. Patrick mobilized nearly 400 Soldiers and Airmen of the Massachusetts National Guard early Thursday morning in response to a severe January snowstorm that dumped nearly two-feet of snow in areas of Central and Western Massachusetts.
